Lots of new things happening.

Hi All of you Defense Lawyers,

Some exciting things have happened. Over the last year I have done a lot of consultations and most of the lawyers have gotten good results. I have also spoken at the National Association of Public Defenders conferences three times. And most recently, I have spoken to the Illinois Public Defenders for their Spring conference. All of these speaking engagements were on defending persons accused of sex crimes. I was given a contributing credit on David Ball's new book The Rule Out Method of Criminal Defense which is a great method. I have never had the opportunity to use it, but I understand that it produces winning results. My book on Defending Accusations of Sexual Abuse is finally being edited and I am hoping it will be available soon.
